Dear friend,
I invite you to connect with us at East End Baptist Church. We at East End are a body of believers following our Lord Jesus Christ on this Journey of Faith to share the Gospel here and all over the world. We are praying and asking our Great Lord Jesus Christ that HE would use us to be a “Global Mission Center” for HIS Glory. Our goals are simple, and yet, God is the Only ONE who can empower us to fulfill HIS purpose for us. The Goals are…
1. To God be the Glory in all that HE leads us to do.
2. Fulfill HIS purpose HE has for us to accomplish.
3. Expand HIS Kingdom starting here in Marion Virginia, and going throughout the world.
East End Baptist Church has a Weekly Victorious Breakthrough Prayer Guide. We use this Prayer guide as we prepare for Worship, but also as we enter the world ON MISSION for HIM.
1. Praying that folks would experience a Fresh Encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that HIS presence would fill East End Baptist.
2. Praying that God’s Word would be spoken with clarity and HIS Truth would be communicated and understood.
3. Praying that the Holy Spirit of God would move in the Worship Service in such a way that lives are being transformed by HIS power, and lives would become more missional for HIM.
4. Praying that there would be complete surrender to the Will of God.
5. Praying that we would ask for forgiveness of sin and God would create within us a clean heart.
6. Praying that folks would respond to HIS Word.
7. Praying that revival/spiritual awakening would start with us. That God would work in and through East End Baptist in such a way that we would become the “Burning Bush” of the World. That folks from all over the world would see us and say, “See What God is Doing!”
8. Praying that as we enter the world on Mission for HIM, that God would work through us to have Gospel Conversations with others. That God would lead us to folks who are in need of Prayer, who are in need Jesus in their lives.
**We are praying and asking God to allow us to see 511 baptisms in 2023** It is not about obtaining a number, but rather it works to help us stay Intentional about God’s Mission, and that is to see lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
My friend, you will find people here at East End that will love and welcome you! We are inviting you and your family to join us on this amazing “Journey of Faith” that God has called us to be on! If God has given you a desire to make a Kingdom impact, and to live for something that is greater, than East End Baptist just may be where God would have you to come and be a part of.
